Who we are

S. David Ali launched Infra Tech Engineering, LLC (ITE), in 1983. A small traffic and transportation engineering firm, ITE grew quickly in a very crowded and tough marketplace. But David was smart, determined, effective, and driven. In 2016, Mr. Ali passed away unexpectedly and his daughter, Mashal, took hold of ITE’s reins. Younger than virtually every CEO in the industry, she proved instantly and most definitely to be her father’s daughter.

Within six months under her leadership, ITE more than doubled its revenue. Honoring her father while making the company her own, she continues to deliver historic growth and smart expansion. Today, Mashal leads ITE’s 80+ skilled professionals in four field offices, including its New York City headquarters.

ITE provides professional engineering and consulting services to government and industry, and has since its inception. Major clients include state and local departments of transportation (DOTs), public works departments, and community development agencies.

ITE was born of a dream, a dream that brought together a profound respect for learning, academia, pragmatism, family, and above all a deep respect for public service. So, while all ITE professionals excel in their fields, they also bring an immense degree of care and respect to every project.
